That's A Step Is a Musical Comedy Series That is Set to make its Premiere on Furty Channel On October 20, 2017 After The Film Middle School Mania On The Network The Series is Created and Executive Produced By Roberto Tongest who was a writer for The series (Courtney Choreography). The series Stars The band Future Steps as The Leads and The series First Promo/Trailer was shown in August of 2017.The series Reached an Average of 14.5 Million Viewers on its Premiere Night.On January 9, 2018 The series was renewed for a Second Season.On January 11, 2019 Furty Channel Renewed The Series for a Third Season.On January 26, 2020 The Series was renewed For A Fourth season.
Plot[]
The series Follows Abe (Trey Hacone) and Pierre (Pierre Cambias) who are twins Brothers But They are separated at birth and 16 Years Later They Meet Up at Boarding school where Abe comes from a Rich Adopted Family ad Pierre comes from a Middle Class Family and They find out There Brothers They intend to Get to Know each other But There Different Personalities and taste in friends of Micah (C.J Banning) and Ross (Jude Valor) but the Guys will all learn to Become the Best of friends as There taste in music seems to bring them closer together.

The Development for The series first Came about in The Fall of 2016 when The Network Thought about Having a series based off The band Future Steps because if all There success They have Had with music and The fans Love when The band Makes Guest Appearances on TV shows on The Network and They decided to have The Guys come into The studio and They Signed a Deal with the Network for a Television show at First The network was Thinking More of a reality TV Show for the band But They Knew That a Comedy series would be better for the Guys and TV Writer and Producer Roberto Tongest who was a writer for The series (Courtney Choreography) Stepped into The network and he Signed on To Create The series and He Had some meetings of His own with the Guys and he wanted Know what There Impute for the series was and They went over some Plot Ideas with him That he had and Together they Chose The Perfect One about Tow of The Guys being Separated at birth and Meeting 16 years later and They Just had to Go to The network and Get the Plot approved By Them and The Network Loved the Idea and They felt it was something Different for the Network sort of Like a Parents Trap with a musical twist and The Network Green-Lit and Ordered The series without a Pilot Phase at There Yearly Upfronts in 2017. The series Production was Pushed back a few Months because The band was on a 3 Months Tour for there Album (Reckless) so The Production for The series started in Late June of 2017. The series was Given a 13 episode order Since its a Single Camera Comedy and Its based on Location and The College That They were using for the show was very High in cost and They Know That 13 episode was Best for the series first season as They were Just getting The Fill of Things and The writer Thought it was a great idea because having a Long First season can get the show Drowning so This was Perfect. The Casting for The show started in The spring on 2017 and Originally There were 4 Girls in The cast but The Network felt it was to much for The show and would Make a Higher Cost so They Cut it down to 3 Girls in The Main cast and Luckily all of The Ladies Tested very well with each Other and with the Guys. The series is under Pine England Records as a production company for the show also. The original name for the series was Future Stepping But Then was Changed into Stepping Stone But was Finally Chosen to be That's A Step and The Network Loved That Idea. The series is set to makes its premiere on October 20, 2017 after the Film (Middle School Mania) On The Network.On January 9, 2018 The series was renewed for a Second Season.It Was Announced The series Will be Featured in a Three part Christmas Crossover Event alongside (Wonder Lands and State of Izzy).On January 11, 2019 Furty Channel Renewed The Series for a Third Season.On January 26, 2020 The Series was renewed For A Fourth season.

Abraham "Abe" Mc'Davis (Played By Trey Hacone) He is a 16 year old Preppy Pretty Rich Boy who comes from The West Coast he is very talented in The Musical Arts and he Loves to sing but his Adopted Rich Parents Thinks That music is Just a waste of Time and That he needs to be a Hot shot Lawyer or Doctor Like they are But Abe doesn't want to any of That its part of The reason why he wanted to come to Wildwood Just to get away from his Parents he always Knew That he was Adopted and he has always Felt like something was Missing from his Life and when he Found out That Pierre is his Fraternal twin brother he Knew That was the Puzzle missing in his Life and he wants to Know his brother Like they were never separated. Abe is very Quiet and shy at Times he wont just go out There and Do something Crazy he has to be Pushed and Talked into often By His Best friend Ross who is wild Abe Has The Biggest Crush on The Most Popular Girl in Wildwood Vera he is friends with Micah and Kori and Bess.
Pierre Westin (Played By Pierre Cambias) He is a 16 year Rough around The Edges Teen who comes from a middle class family on the east coast he has always worked hard for anything he wanted well sometimes he did he used to get Caught with the wrong crowd back when he was younger but he promised to change his Life after he went to Juvy he always knew That he was adopted and he Felt that there is something part of his Real family out there Missing and when he found His Fraternal twin brother Abe he Knew That was The Part of His Life Missing and Pierre Find out That he is The Older brother and he is always Trying to Protect Abe and help Abe with his Women Skills like helping ask out Vera. Pierre is very skilled at The drums he can Play The Drums all day he is Best friends Micah and friends with Vera and Kori and Bess.
Micah Roadway (Played By C.J Banning) Striving to Always be The Best and Making it to The top he is Very Nerdy and and based into school he likes to have good grades he is Very much into science he is enemy's with bess because They both are the Number Geniuses in The school. Micah comes from a long line of athletic People in His Family he is the Only one That he into The Study and Books and Learning things he cant sports at all he can catch a Football and he Cant throws a basketball at all he likes music he loves to write songs he believes he would be a great Songwriter for Famous Pole One day he is Best friends with Pierre and he is friends with Abe and Ross and Vera and Kori.
Ross Keener (Played By Jude Valor) He is an adventurous and Out of The Ordinary Teenage Kid he Likes to have fun and Usually his idea for fun is doing something That Can have him get into Lots of Trouble to the Point Cops are called but he feels he is just having a great and Good Time he is not trying to hurt anyone just Having a great Time he is Not into school he is The worst Student in Wildwood Books and Classes and test and Quiz are Just not His Thing he doesn't care anything about that he does care about music he can read any note on a Music Bored and he feels that is his way into College Because grades are Certainly Not he is best friends with Abe and friends with Pierre and Micah and Vera and Kori and Bess.
Vera Nickolas (Played By Camry Wilson) She is a 16 year old Socialite she is very Popular the Most Popular Girls in Wildwood she is very Pretty she has Her own Q-Tube Channel where she Teaches Girls how to Get ready called "Getting Dressed With Vera" she has Over 300 Thousand Subscribers she is Very fashionable she shares a Dorm with Kori and Bess she doesn't like Bunk beds so she has The Single bed and she Paid Them to share a Closet while she gets two big Ones to herself because she has so many Clothes some That she doesn't even wear she just wants Them There with her she is The Love Interest of Abe and she is best friends with Kori and bess and Friends with Pierre and Micah and Ross.
Kori Wheatly (Played By Lexus Mortin) Coming from The South in Atlanta Kori is a self Proclaimed Southern Belle and Georgia Peach she has a Southern Accent and she has The Attitude That Guys should do everything for Girls like Hold There Books and Open doors for them but Kori was raised in The Country so she knows how to do a lot of Things she is often Finding herself benign the Toughest out of her friends she is always telling Abe and Pierre and Mich and Ross "You Silly City Boys Cant Do Anything" Kori is a Great Cook she Likes Cook and dance and Have Fun she is Best friends with Vera and Bess although she often Argues with bess a lot because of her Science Projects are always tested on Kori.
Bess Chow (Played By Jolene Wang) She is a Japanese descendant who is very Smart and all about That brain she is a Campus Genius she is always Trying to be the Best and she Hopes to Create something so Powerful That it Can Cure anything and anyone one day she is always Fighting with Micah over who is The best she is a Mega geek and nerd But That doesn't Bother her because she is slick and Quick with her words so Bullying her is not an Option because her revenge is Terrifying she is best friends with her Roommates Vera and Kori who she often sues as her Lab rats on her Projects.
